Article 1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights and obligations of Wookoorookoo (우쿠루쿠, hereinafter the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the WVL website and purchases of products through it.

Article 3. Services and Product Information

The Company provides product information, product inquiry services, ordering and payment services, and order lookup through its website.

Upcoming releases may be announced through official social media channels and edition pages. Product availability and terms of sale can be found on the relevant product page.

Inquiry forms for products that are unavailable for purchase are intended solely for product inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a reservation or an order.

Article 4. Orders and Formation of the Purchase Contract

Users place orders by adding available products to their cart and reviewing the products, options, quantities, recipient details, final payment amount including shipping charges, and terms of sale at checkout.

The Company promptly informs users that their order has been received and whether the products can be supplied.

A purchase contract is formed when the Company’s acceptance of the order reaches the user electronically, including through the order completion screen.

After verifying successful payment approval and order processing, the Company displays an order number on the order completion screen. Users may view their order details and

processing status through the website’s order lookup feature.

Completing payment authentication alone does not constitute successful payment if final payment approval has not been completed.

If products cannot be supplied due to insufficient stock or other reasons, the Company will notify the user without delay and take necessary measures, including payment cancellation or a refund,

in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 5. Prices and Payment

Product prices, additional shipping charges, and other costs associated with the transaction are displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Payments are processed through Toss Payments. Available payment methods are displayed in the payment window.

The Company enables users to review and correct their ordered products, quantities, recipient details, and total payment amount before making payment.

Article 6. Product Fulfillment and Shipping

Products are generally dispatched within two weeks after payment is completed. Where a separate shipping schedule is specified for a product, the schedule communicated before payment applies.

Users must provide accurate delivery information. If information is missing or requires verification, the Company will request clarification and notify the user of any resulting effects on delivery.

If the shipping schedule changes due to circumstances on the Company’s side, the Company will explain the reason, provide an updated schedule,

and advise the user of cancellation and refund procedures. If a product cannot be supplied, the Company will take necessary measures, including a refund, in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7. Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Users may exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase contract or request an exchange or return within the periods and under the conditions prescribed by applicable laws.

The procedures for submitting requests, responsibility for shipping costs, and refund procedures are set out in the Shopping Guide and any product-specific terms communicated before purchase.

The Company does not restrict the right to withdraw from a purchase contract solely because production has begun or a shipping notice has been issued.

These Terms and any product-specific conditions do not limit consumer rights guaranteed by applicable laws.

Article 8. User Obligations and Intellectual Property

Users must not misuse another person’s personal information or interfere with the operation of the services through fraudulent orders or other improper conduct.

Rights to designs, photographs, text, and other content published on the website belong to the Company or the respective lawful rights holders.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use beyond what is permitted by law requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

If a minor enters into a purchase contract without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or their legal representative may cancel the contract in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 9. Protection of Personal Information

The Company processes and protects personal information necessary to provide its services in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Users may review their transaction history through the order lookup feature or contact the Company to request access to relevant records.

Article 10. Inquiries and Dispute Resolution

The Company reviews inquiries and complaints and informs users of the outcome. If processing is delayed, the Company will explain the reason and provide an estimated timeline.

If a dispute arises, the Company and the user will seek to resolve it through consultation, with reference to the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and

the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards applicable to the relevant product category. The competent court will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 11. Amendments and Effective Date

These Terms take effect on October 25, 2026.

The Company maintains these Terms by version number and effective date.

When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes and their effective date on the website and make previous versions and their applicable periods available for reference.

Where separate notification or consent is required by applicable laws, the Company will follow the relevant procedures.

As a general rule, each purchase contract is governed by the Terms and conditions of sale in effect when that contract was formed.

Amended Terms apply to purchase contracts formed on or after their specified effective date and do not apply retroactively to existing purchase contracts, except where otherwise

required by applicable laws or lawfully agreed between the parties.
